To hear and consider comments from members of the public on the proposed Local Law entitled: AMENDING THE SLEEPY HOLLOW CODE SECTION 272-5, PERMITTED NOISES, TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE BAN ON GAS-POWERED LEAF BLOWERS

Please take notice the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow, hereby schedules a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at Sleepy Hollow Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York 10591, to hear and consider comments from members of the public on a proposed LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 400 OF THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW ENTITLED “VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” which seeks to remove related restrictions and establish new restrictions in Philipse Manor and Sleepy Hollow Manor.
