Sustainable Sleepy Hollow
The purpose and mission of the SHEAC is to help build awareness and support for the development, management and protection of Sleepy Hollow’s natural resources; to assist and provide input into the drafting of environmental local laws designed to provide protection for our natural resources; and to participate in environmental reviews when requested by the Board of Trustees or the Planning Board.

The Planning Board works to maintain and improve the orderly, efficient, and economical development of the Village.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is the Village Board that hears and decides appeals from decisions by the Village’s Building Inspector.

The Art and Placemaking Committee
The mission of the Art & Placemaking Committee (APC) of Sleepy Hollow is to preserve the village's natural, historic, and cultural resources and to enhance its public spaces through the implementation of art, sustainable landscaping, and engaging community projects.

Transportation and Parking Committee
The Parking & Transportation Committee is dedicated to finding solutions to ongoing resident and business concerns relating to parking, transportation, and pedestrian safety. The Committee informs the Board of Trustees through resident representation and diverse perspectives. Sleepy Hollow Tourism Committee
The Sleepy Holllow Tourism Committee will harness perspectives and innovative ideas from across our Village to preserve quality of life for locals, improve the visitor experience, coordinate events and partnerships, improve communication and ensure that tourism has a net positive financial impact on Sleepy Hollow.
