Overview

The Planning Board consists of seven members appointed to serve staggered seven-year terms. The Planning Board works to maintain and improve the orderly, efficient, and economical development of the Village. The Planning Board reviews applications for subdivisions, wetland/watercourse permits, special use permits, and site plans for all new construction projects, to ensure that all development projects have adequate facilities for housing, transportation, comfort, convenience, health, and welfare of the citizens of the Village.

Materials must be submitted in advance of the meeting date. Please click on the links to the application needed, print, complete, and return to the Building Department.
