WWII vet and Pearl Harbor survivor, 96-year old Chick Gallela, a Sleepy Hollow resident who drove a similar 1955 Corvette as part of the opening ceremonies for the original bridge on Dec. 15, 1955, rides with Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
