Paula A. McCarthy is the Village Clerk for Sleepy Hollow. She was appointed to the position of Village Clerk in July 2009 and previously had been appointed Deputy Clerk in January 2008. She's been employed with the Village since 2006 and is former President (2015 to 2017) and former Vice-President (2011 to 2015) of the Westchester County Municipal Clerks and Treasurers Association Board (WCMCTA).

Mrs. McCarthy is a Registered Municipal Clerk and a graduate of Sleepy Hollow High School.
