Sean McCarthy is the Building Inspector and Village Architect for the Village of Sleepy Hollow. He is responsible for the Building Department and oversees the Architecture Review Board, Planning, and Zoning Boards.

Sean McCarthy is a longtime resident of Sleepy Hollow and has been employed with the Village since 2005.
